Berlin Macht Buch - starts today

So! Starting today we got 50 days to find 100 Berliners who want to take part in making Germany's first crowd-funded and crowd-sourced book.

How to:

• Go to mySherpas.com and sign up.
• Choose Berlin Macht Buch and click "Projekt unterstützen"
• Contribute 30 € with PayPal or bank transfer

• Spread the word! If and ONLY if we find 100 participants this book is going to happen!
   Use the usual suspects: Mail, Facebook, Twitter etc. Embed the project widget on your blog/site.

• Create your page! Surprise us. (max. 21x21cm, jpeg, cmyk, min. 300dpi)
• Mail it to berlinmachtbuch@googlemail.com
• Check here for comments and updates.
• Join the Book-Release-Party (updates). Pick up your copy hot from the press. Bring your friends.

Berlin Macht Buch - starts next week

Let's make Germany's first crowd-funded and crowd-sourced BOOK! The "Berlin-Macht-Buch" book will be made of submissions of 100 friends of friends of friends. 100 pages by 100 Berliners. ... To produce the book in high-quality we're raising 3.000 €. To take part in this we ask for 30 € and your submission: a doodle, a collage, a photo, an idea, a wish, a poem, a recipe...Anything you want to share with the world. As long as it fits on a page. We want the stuff to be as surprising and heterogeneous as possible. Once the book is printed we will of course celebrate this: with the grand book-release-party in Berlin. This is why we want the participants to be locals. We want to meet all of you at the party. Everybody is to get his hot off the press copy on location. (We don't want to ship the books.) The crowd-funding will start soon. Stay tuned.
